Free Bleaching For Life
1st Dental aims to provide each and every one of its patients the ultimate in dental services by providing superior performance in dentistry so we can have a positive impact in our patient's smiles and lives. Every time you visit for a checkup, cleaning or other dental care treatment, just ask and we'll include an at-home teeth whitening treatment kit. New and existing patients are eligible to receive at-home teeth whitening treatment when visiting our dentist office for treatment. Once you enroll in the program, you will receive:
- Custom, professional whitening trays
- 2. Whitening gel – 1 tube*
- 3. A bleach instruction pamphlet
*Additional whitening gel (1 tube per bi-annual visit, 2 tubes per year maximum) will be provided with bi-annual hygiene appointments.
Free Whitening Program Requirements:To be eligible for the program as a 1st Dental & Orthodontics patient, you must meet the following requirements:
- Complete prescribed new patient exam, x-rays and a cleaning with Newberg Family Dental.
- Have all tooth decay removed within one year. This is required in order to prevent complications that may arise with unhealthy teeth and gums.
- Stay current with your Newberg Family Dental account.
- Be at least 18 years old, not pregnant or nursing.
For legal reasons, this offer may not be combined with any dental insurance benefits. Newberg Family Dental reserves the right to refuse on-going whitening treatment if deemed necessary based on patient health conditions, misuse, abuse, or any other factor deemed necessary to void the offer. Lost or destroyed custom trays will be replaced at cost to patient. Patients who lose eligibility will then need to complete 2 prescribed hygiene care appointments and/or restore all decay to be reinstated in the Free Teeth Whitening for Life program. New patient exams must be completed by a general dentist and not a specialist.
Your first visit is completely complimentary. [$300.00] We will have all your photogragps and Xrays taken and our Orthodontist will diagnose your case and make his recommendations. The treatment plan will be explained and all questions related to treatment plan will be answered.
Our treatment Coordinator will sit with you afterwards and go through all the finances and insurance benefits if you have any. She will help you choosing the best payment plan that fit your needs and answer all your questions related to financial plan.
New patients may receive an IPAD with the start of their treatment if they meet certain criteria. In order to be eligible to free IPAD, your case should be a Full Comprehensive case which means a full orthodontic treatment that requires at least 24 months of treatment.
We also offer discounts and coupons depending on time of the year. We try to custom made our offers to best suit every individual patient and help them starting treatment.
Free Bleaching kits for new patients or their parents
You can qualify for a free bleaching kit. You need to be seen by our general dentist and once our General Dentist approves that you have no cavities and in agood dental health, then you can ask for your free bleaching kit . This usually includes a bleaching tray and one tube of bleaching paste.
At 1st dental & orthodontics, we try to encourage people to keep their dental appointments in order to maintain their oral health. That's why we offer up to 50% of the most common dental procedures for patients who do not have dental Insurance.
